| Regular Client Hair colouring & Beauty tinting services: | Regular clients do not need another skin test if you have visited the salon for colour within the last 5 months. After this a new skin test and consultation is required. |
| Perming clients | All perming clients must have a free consultation before booking to ensure your hair is suitable |
| New tinting and colour hair clients or beauty clients: | Must visit the salon at least 48 hours beforehand for a free consultation & skin test, before we can book your colour service. |

| Late cancellations (under 24 hours) | 100% cancellation fee applies |
| Missed appointments / no-shows | 100% cancellation fee applied; and an upfront 50% deposit required to secure future visits |
