What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are: 

Tuesdays: 10am-7pm

Wednesdays: 9.30am-6pm

Thursdays: 10am- 6pm

Fridays: 10am-7pm

Saturdays: 10am-4pm

Do you offer wedding hair services?

Yes, we offer specialized wedding packages to make your special day even more memorable. Our Wedding hair specalist Tracy Baker will even visit your wedding venue!

We currently are unable to offer wedding make-up at this time, please enquire for more details

What hair products do you use?

We use a range of professional, high-quality hair products suited to different hair types and preferences designed and created by Schwarzkopf Professional.

Our Schwarzkopf Professional retail range BC is VEGAN friendly.

Our Schwarzkof colouring products are made from 98% recycled packaging. 

We also use: Color WOW and Moroccan Oil for Hair Styling

Olaplex is our chosen hair care additive.

Do I need a skin test?

All new clients require a skin test 24hrs prior to any colour service, if you have not previously had your hair coloured or beauty tinting carried out at PROFILE. Even if you have had hair colour in a different salon or used box dye at home in the past, a skin test is still required due to the use of different hair products in every salon, and for insurance purposes. Once a skin test has been carried out they are valid for 6months.

Skin tests are a safety precaution to try to identify an allergy to tint. You can still experiance mild itching or tingling during chemical colouring services.

Regular clients will not need another skin test if you reguarly have your hair coloured at PROFILE (within 20weeks).
