Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes things happen and cancellations occur, however are a small independent business, therefore we kindly ask for 48hours notice for any hair or beauty appointment cancellations.
This allows us time to offer the appointment slot to someone else who maybe on our waiting list.
Cancellation Fees
If less than 48hours notice is given to move or cancel an appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of your total appointment cost will apply.
If less than 24hours notice is given to move or cancel an appointment then a cancellation fee of 100% of your total appointment cost will apply.
If you cancel at short notice, or miss an appointment then a Cancellation Fee of 100% of your total appointment cost will apply.
All cancellation fees must be paid within 48hours or further action will be taken.
If cancellations occur often or with less then 48hrs notice given, you will be asked to pay a 50%-100% non-refundable booking deposit before you can re-book with us.
By booking an appointment you agree to these terms, as also stated on our booking system & email reminders.
(It is entirely as the dissection of your stylist /therapist if they chose to void or amend these fees.)
